The delivery time of your order depends on the mode of delivery you have chosen.
On average, the deadline is:
- 4 working days from the day of the order, for a delivery at home (Colissimo)
- The next day before 13h from the day of the order, for a delivery at home by Chronopost (delivery Chronopost only in France)
A maximum delivery date is communicated to you during the passage of your order. CocoBay agrees not to exceed this date to deliver your order. To check the status of your order, simply log in to your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT, top right and go to the "My Orders" section.

(Except for the purchase of a gift card alone for an amount greater than 80 €, the delivery costs by letter followed remain paying.)

For a delivery in relay point, your order is kept 14 days. Your order will be refunded.
You waited for a Chronopost, you were absent during the passage of the driver, your package is made available 14 days in post office or Agency Chronopost. Refer to the passing notice that was left to you. After this time the parcel is returned and we proceed to the refund of the order.
If you are waiting for a Colissimo, it is at your disposal at the address indicated on the notice of passage for 15 consecutive days (from the day after the day of filing of the notice of passage). After this period, if you do not show up, the parcel will be returned to us. Upon receipt, we will refund you.
Your order is incomplete, we are sorry, do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form to know the reason. You can also contact us on +33 6 11 80 13 13. Do not forget to provide you with all the information you need so that we can process your request efficiently, ie: your order number, or failing that, give us the name and the e-mail address used to place the order.
You have just received your order and the product received is not the one you expected. We apologize for that. Return the item, we will proceed to its refund. An exchange is possible under certain conditions that we invite you to discover below:
The return by La Poste:
First, fill in the return coupon completely, insert it with your item inside its original packaging and place it at the post office of your choice. Once the parcel has been received, we will proceed to the refund.
